Thirumala Roofings and Structurals is actively seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen client relationships in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, coordinating efforts with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout various projects.
Key Responsibilities: Foster strong client relationships, promptly respond to inquiries, facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments, and maintain comprehensive records.
