Job Description
TMG Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Corporate Law Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage FEMA compliance, provide foreign investment advisory, and assist in incorporating entities for our stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include performing regulatory filings, coordinating with authorities such as the RBI, and ensuring accurate documentation. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
We prefer candidates with 0-2 years of experience in corporate law and FEMA compliance. A semi-qualified or qualified Company Secretary (CS) designation is required. The salary for this position ranges from ₹30,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month.
Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate.
