Job Description
Transight Systems Private Limited is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly and production of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) and electronic devices. Ideal candidates will possess soldering proficiency and a foundational knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute hand soldering of SMD and PTH components on PCBs.
- Assemble electronic devices according to production specifications.
- Inspect solder joints following IPC-610 quality standards.
- Assist in workstation setup and adhere to production schedules.
- Conduct visual inspections and report any defects discovered.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in electronics manufacturing with soldering expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: Up to ₹15,00/month; Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
