Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and agents to foster strong relationships.
- Manage B2B and B2C communications, responding promptly via WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate meetings and support B2B product development initiatives.
- Prepare business analysis and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Implement daily promotions and oversee team updates.
- Manage technology systems and maintain the company website.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in the tourism industry, a graduate degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and exceptional communication skills are required. Candidates should be confident, service-oriented, and demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities.
