Job Description

We are seeking a formal, detail-oriented BPO Non-Voice Executive to manage email and chat support, perform accurate data entry, and handle backend ticketing for customer service operations.

• Responsibilities: respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, update CRM records, resolve and escalate tickets, adhere to SLAs, and prepare concise operational reports.
• Requirements: excellent written English (US), fast and accurate typing, basic computer and MS Office proficiency, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts. BPO experience preferred; freshers are welcome.
