Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Duties include supervising, training, and scheduling floor staff; resolving customer complaints and escalations; managing visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock rotation; driving sales to meet targets; coordinating with security and other departments; and reporting sales, staff performance, and customer feedback to management. Essential skills: leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, multitasking, sales acumen, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Compensation: ₹22,00–₹25,00 per month. Benefits: health insurance and Provident Fund. Work location: in person.
Requirements
