Job Description
Tushar Desai Associates is actively searching for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management for building and civil engineering projects. Your primary responsibility will be to mitigate costs and risks while ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Analyze contracts and develop tender documents.
- Monitor project expenditures and amend budgets as necessary.
- Oversee payments and manage the on-site team.
- Facilitate timely invoicing and address billing queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in cost estimation software.
