Job Description
Upstep seeks a Social-First Creative Content Creator & Video Editor to produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos from class clips, testimonials and UGC. This full‑time, in‑person role requires fast, organized content delivery and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Performance teams to support a fast‑growing ed‑tech serving students across 6+ countries.
- Responsibilities: edit clips, craft captions, transitions and motion graphics; design posts, carousels and thumbnails; propose reel hooks; maintain a fast content library.
- Requirements: mastery of Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut/DaVinci, strong sense of Reels pacing, subtitle best practices and motion design; proficient in Canva/Photoshop; able to integrate AI into ideation and scripting.
- Portfolio: 3–5 reels/shorts, 2–3 social designs and UGC samples. Compensation: ₹30,00–₹50,00/month.
