Job Description
Urban Property Spaces is actively seeking enthusiastic candidates for the role of Field Sales Intern. We prefer applicants based in Mumbai or those willing to relocate. We welcome college students and part-time individuals to apply. Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting and qualifying leads for site visits
- Handling inbound and outbound marketing calls
- Providing detailed information on real estate projects
- Conducting site visits
- Building and managing a sales team
- Performing tele-pitches and guiding clients
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
