Job Description
We are a Dallas, Texas-based multispecialty clinic seeking Customer Service Executives to support our US operations during night hours. The role involves effective communication with patients, physicians, insurance providers, hospitals, and pharmacies in the United States. A clear and confident command of the English language is essential.
Qualifications:
- Fluent spoken English is required.
- Prior experience in US healthcare or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available for night shifts (Monday–Friday, US time + two Saturdays).
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.
- A minimum commitment of two years is required.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
