Uuc Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Tele Caller Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting outbound and inbound calls to promote our services and address customer inquiries.
• Engaging with customers to provide information, resolve queries, and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintaining precise records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
• Performing follow-up calls to ensure ongoing communication with potential clients.
• Collecting customer feedback to refine and improve our services.

Applicants should have completed Higher Secondary education, possess at least 1 year of experience in telecommunications, and be fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali.

Compensation ranges from ₹14,00 to ₹25,00 per month, accompanied by additional benefits.
