Job Description
Qualifications: Candidates with a minimum of a 12th-grade education; BA holders are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
Mandatory Languages: Proficiency in Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Assamese, or Gujarati is required; candidates must be able to read these languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys
- Respond to outbound calls promptly
- Follow communication scripts tailored to various campaigns
- Create lasting connections with respondents
- Accurately document conversations in our database
- Achieve individual and team targets both qualitatively and quantitatively
Job Type: Full-time, suitable for freshers
Compensation: ₹12,504.81 to ₹16,00.00 per month

Requirements
