We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our esteemed team at VAJRA AYURVEDA AND YOGA RETREAT. In this pivotal role, you will oversee front desk operations, address guest inquiries, and collaborate with various departments to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing room inventory, processing payments, resolving any billing discrepancies, and fostering enduring relationships with guests.
