Job Description
Varthana Finance Pvt Ltd is excited to invite applications for the position of Executive – Customer Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls and emails. The primary focus will be on effectively resolving customer issues and maintaining high service standards using financial tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide prompt responses.
- Deliver exceptional service by empathizing with customer needs and resolving complaints.
- Foster relationships and collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹300,00 per month

Requirements
