Job Description
Vasutti is in search of dynamic and motivated individuals to become a part of our team as Inbound Customer Support Specialists. We welcome graduates with proficiency in Hindi and English (Versant Level: 4) to apply.
Work Schedule: Candidates will work six days a week with rotational shifts (7 AM – 8 PM for females and 7 AM – 12 AM for males), including one rotational day off.
Compensation: Freshers can expect a CTC of ₹22,00/month (take-home ₹17,00), while experienced candidates can earn up to ₹24,500/month (take-home up to ₹19,500). Additionally, a quarterly bonus of ₹4,065 is included.
Positions Available: We have 150 full-time, permanent roles offering health insurance and provident fund benefits.
Location: This position requires working from our office.
