Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in Big Data technologies including Spark, Scala, Hive, Impala, and Hadoop. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Scala programming and demonstrate practical experience in Object-Oriented Programming. A solid understanding of the Spark in-memory processing framework and its mapping/reducing tasks is essential.
Additionally, candidates should have experience in data processing projects and be capable of constructing SQL queries to analyze data effectively based on project requirements. Proficiency in advanced SQL, along with familiarity with Python, Hive, Impala, and AWS is also required.
