Job Description
We are looking for a talented Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience working on Pega platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with CDH modules, including Next-Best-Action (NBA), Adaptive Decisioning, and Strategy Design. Proficiency in developing decision strategies, integrating external data using REST APIs, and configuring customer profiles is crucial.
Experience with tools such as Value Finder, Customer Profile Designer, and Pega Campaigns is highly desirable. A valid Pega CSA/CSSA or Decisioning Consultant certification is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
