Job Description
We are actively looking for a talented ServiceNow Specialist to oversee the management and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring peak performance and availability. Key responsibilities include conducting regular system audits, configuring and customizing the module, and developing custom scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript. In addition, you will design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems, troubleshoot any integration issues, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data integrity.
