In this role, you will oversee the entire implementation process, from initial engagement to system launch, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their HR requirements.
- Customize HRMS software to align with client specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and offer support throughout implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of HRMS experience.
