Job Description
Vyas Life is seeking a dedicated Customer Coordinator to manage a team of customer service employees. The ideal candidate will maintain compliance with company policies, offer exceptional customer service, and display extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, promoting our organizational vision, conducting quality assurance surveys, handling customer complaints, and leading regular training sessions.
