Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated TPA Coordinator to join our team at Watchyourhealth.com India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will manage CRM implants for claim support, addressing customer queries related to policy coverage and health claim processes.
This role involves coordinating with internal claims units, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection guidelines. Strong English communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be willing to travel twice a week.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Health Insurance Industry. Salary: ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 CTC.
Location: Chennai. Full-time day shift.
