Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Project Trainee to join our team at ICICI Lombard, located in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries related to policy coverage and health claims, facilitating claim submissions, and being a designated SPOC for specific corporates. Good English communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry and possess a graduation degree.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: ₹15,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month with additional benefits.
