Job Description
We are seeking a professional Reservation Executive to manage guest bookings, respond to inquiries, and process reservations within the booking system. This role requires coordination with the front office and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Confirm reservations and handle modifications or cancellations promptly.
- Upsell rooms and ancillary services while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in reservations or hospitality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure with a flexible schedule.
