Job Description
Wilton Hotel & Restaurants is seeking a committed Restaurant Takeaway Supervisor to oversee daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating staff while monitoring food and supply inventory levels.
Your role will also encompass budget management, expense tracking, and maintaining high customer service standards. Compliance with food safety regulations and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract customers are crucial. Additionally, you will prepare performance reports and address operational challenges promptly.
