Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage a dedicated cooking station and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. Key duties include preparing ingredients (marinating, cutting), cooking to established recipes, maintaining equipment and stock, monitoring inventory and rotating supplies, and contributing to menu development and recipe refinement. The CDP will train and supervise commis chefs and kitchen porters, enforce strict hygiene and FSSAI food-safety standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations in an on-site role.
