Job Description
We are seeking a Production Agent Level 1 to support daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality control, and maintain production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate equipment, monitor processes, and report defects promptly.
- Follow safety procedures and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet output targets and maintain product quality.
Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and willingness to work flexible shifts. Prior factory experience is a plus.
