Job Description

As we expand our online success into offline markets, we are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for confirming Cash on Delivery (COD) orders through phone calls, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess experience in telecalling or customer service, demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and be comfortable making 200-300 calls daily.
Location: Work from home | Salary: ₹16,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
