Job Description
WissenPro is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. You will monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat and email communications.
Your key responsibilities include participating in calibration sessions, conducting internal quality audits, and maintaining knowledge of client products and services. Proven experience in quality methodologies and strong communication skills are required.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to ₹750,00.00 per year, including benefits. Rotational shifts apply.
