Job Description
Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake | Shift: Night Shift
Wowser Technologies Pvt Ltd is actively looking for a skilled IT Executive for an exciting work-from-office opportunity in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing predictive and progressive dialers, as well as configuring routers and directing call traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure predictive and progressive dialers.
- Oversee inbound and outbound call routing.
- Set up and manage routers and network configurations.
- Provide support for hardware-related issues.
Requirements:
- B.Tech with CCNA/CCNP certification.
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month
