Job Overview
WRIZA Fashions, part of the 50‑year legacy OMSYS India Group, is looking for a proactive Tele‑Calling Executive to connect with potential buyers, importers, and distributors across Europe. The role focuses on promoting our premium leather goods and generating qualified B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers across Europe to introduce WRIZA’s product range
- Maintain a structured calling list and follow‑up schedule
- Present product features, pricing, and brand value clearly and confidently
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the export marketing team
- Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and weekly reporting
- Support email outreach and WhatsApp communication with international clients
- Coordinate with the marketing team for catalogs, product updates, and promotional material
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in tele‑calling, inside sales, or B2B lead generation
- Experience in fashion, leather goods, or export‑oriented industries preferred
- Basic German‑speaking ability is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Ability to understand international buyer expectations and communicate professionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and basic digital communication
- Strong follow‑up discipline and target‑oriented mindset
