Job Description
Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations encompassing product development, marketing strategies, community engagement, finance, and human resources. Develop and implement systems that facilitate rapid growth, and spearhead the establishment of Objective Key Results (OKRs) with performance monitoring.
Team Management & Culture: Assemble and nurture a high-performing operations team that promotes accountability and teamwork.
Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in senior operations roles, ideally within startup or technology sectors.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹40,00/month | Benefits: Paid sick leave.
