Job Description
Xanika Infotech is actively looking for a committed Executive – IT Support to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support and have a strong grasp of hardware, software, and networking principles.
Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware issues, providing support for MS Office applications, assisting with the Retail Pro POS application, and offering IT infrastructure support under the guidance of the Assistant Manager of IT.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, effective communication abilities, and hold relevant certifications. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to ₹30,00 per month. Workdays are Monday to Friday during day shifts.
