Job Description
Y4J – Youth4Jobs is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Banking and Finance Trainer. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and counseling skills. Responsibilities include writing case studies, partnering with corporate entities for youth placements, and collaborating with local governments and NGOs to engage youth in training.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (BCom/MCom), proficiency in English and Kannada, and at least one year of teaching or relevant experience. Full-time position with a salary up to ₹35,00 per month, fixed morning shifts, and performance bonuses.
Willingness to travel (25%) preferred. Expected start date is 06/01/2025.
