Job Description
Location: Mamurdi, Pune
Experience Required: 3-5 years in the Real Estate Industry.
We are seeking candidates from the PCMC area with proven experience in the Real Estate sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Accurately maintain records of materials.
- Perform storekeeping duties and manage inventory.
- Conduct physical stock verifications and reconcile with existing records.
- Issue materials according to approved requests.
- Document material movement in ERP systems or manual registers.
- Collaborate with purchasing and accounting departments for material receipts and invoicing.
- ERP Software experience is mandatory.
- Conduct store audits as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
