Job Description
yumEATS seeks a full-time Event Operations Intern in Hyderabad to support seamless event execution and exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying and onboarding vendors, coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment from inquiry to on-site service, and supervising event delivery in partnership with vendors. You will communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution, accommodate customer preferences, and promptly escalate and resolve issues.
- Manage vendor relationships and onboarding

- Ensure quality control and timely problem resolution
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure are required.
