Job Description
YV Reddy Associates is seeking a full-time Female Customer Care Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining customer relationships through telephone and email communications.
Responsibilities include arranging client meetings, responding to inquiries, and managing data recording. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu are required. A Bachelor’s degree and one year of customer service experience are preferred.
Pay ranges from ₹12,00 to ₹20,00 per month with a yearly bonus opportunity. This is a day shift position and must be in-person.
