Job Description
Zaco Computers is seeking a dedicated and confident Service Support Executive to provide onsite and remote technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will manage incoming ticket queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with engineers. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory for AMC customers, managing services in remote locations, and reporting on the condition of incoming products.
Applicants should have experience in installing and supporting computer hardware, servers, storage, and networking equipment (DELL, HP, IBM, SUN), along with proficiency in Advanced Excel and ticket management tools. Fluency in English and a solid understanding of computer hardware parts are essential. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience.
