Job Description
ZapTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated AR Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to our debtor list, accurately recording call outcomes, and generating leads for collections. Collaboration with the collections team will be essential for scheduling appointments and effectively following up on leads.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of completed 12th grade, be fluent in English, and possess excellent communication and active listening skills.
Shift timings are Monday to Friday, either from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹16,00.00 to ₹23,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as food allowances, health insurance, and a provident fund.
Requirements
