Job Description
Zoople Technologies is seeking a motivated ‘Academic Counselor’ to enhance our educational services. We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Female candidates with a friendly demeanor and a strong background in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage students and parents by generating enthusiasm for our courses.
- Identify and address students’ needs with appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about academic offerings.
- Conduct regular outbound calls to maintain communication with students and parents.
