Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in welcoming clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, resolving complaints, assisting with bookings, and managing client calendars and billing. You will also maintain client databases and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualified candidates should have experience as a receptionist, with tele-calling experience considered an advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management are essential. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and hardworking.
