Job Description
We are urgently seeking a Chat Support Executive in Malad West for a UK-Based Bank. Ideal candidates should have an HSC with 1 year of experience or be recent graduates.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible to work night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
