Job Description

Eaton is seeking an Associate Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will manage purchase orders and modifications, acting as a proofer/auditor to ensure accuracy within our ERP systems. You will process quotes and returns while maintaining proactive communication with customers. Strong organizational skills are essential to contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Graduate/postgraduate degree with 2 years of customer service experience, strong data entry, proofreading, and Microsoft Office skills.
