Job Description
Fruges IT Services is hiring for a Senior Customer Support role. We seek candidates with at least 1 year of experience in voice support for customers in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
This position offers a 24/7 working environment with rotational shifts, including nights and graveyard shifts. We provide two-way cab services and five working days per week with two rotational days off.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
