Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls from various countries, providing product and service support.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Logical reasoning and analytical abilities are essential. Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are a must.
Eligibility: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of voice experience can apply.
All candidates must possess necessary educational and experience documents.
Schedule:
Rotational and night shifts (US timing). Complete work from the office; no remote work available.
