Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Customer Service Representative for Eaton. In this role, you will manage purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain customer communication regarding order status. Key responsibilities include processing orders in ERP systems, maintaining organized records, and fostering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include a graduate/postgraduate degree with at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of ERP systems, strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
