We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing service standards, and promoting non-deposit products. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing customer deposit pools
- Meeting cross-selling targets for non-deposit products
- Promoting Mutual Fund and Insurance products
- Generating Fee Income
- Overseeing branch administration and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing team productivity and morale
- Being responsible for the branch’s break-even and P&L
