Job Description
We are seeking a Small Business Enterprise Relationship Officer at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 District Sales Teams (DSTs), ensuring productivity and enhancing team development. You will interact with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUVs)
– Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Brokers
– Go-Getter Attitude
