Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Grievance Redressal Officer to help restore consumer confidence by effectively managing escalations at the Senior Management Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver swift resolutions while proposing improvements to the overall consumer experience.
Key responsibilities include enhancing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through outstanding service recovery efforts. The successful candidate will possess 6–8 years of experience in customer service, a strong understanding of consumer banking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
