Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Operations Team Member to join our Clearing Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inward and outward cheque verification, coordinating with branches and other banks, and managing physical cheque checks. Other key responsibilities include processing IPO ASBA applications, handling audit and compliance, and maintaining daily MIS.
The candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A graduate degree is required, along with knowledge of banking functions and Finacle experience.
