Job Description

Location: Corporate Office, Pan-India
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and reconcile various suspense/office accounts in the RL – BB channel.
- Ensure daily transaction data tally of suspense/office accounts.
- Possess a good understanding of branch banking processes, including accounting/Finacle entries.
- Process transactions, inquiries, and generate reports in Finacle.
- Create and manage Service Requests using Siebel; generate reports.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to handle large data volumes and command knowledge of Excel features.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with branches for query resolution.
Qualifications: CA/MBA in Finance preferred.
